Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order details.
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

How do I exchange or get back an item?

Bagsnbabes packages come without return slips, so you do not need to worry. You can just write to us at support@bagsnbabes.com and we will help you with your returns and exchanges.
